What to expect?

    Within the research we would offer your life performance map. Would reveal, what qualities are well developed and which could be met again and added to life to form a more balanced inner state.

  • embodied yoga practice

    With the regular practice we would notice how your awareness at the level of thoughts, emotions, body sensations is changing, and how these levels influence your self-regulation capacity. Together we would find out how these changes influence your effectiveness in different life spheres performance.

  • safe space

    We respect private borders, your wishes and choices.


    Together we calibrate comfortable intensity of physical and emotional efforts.

  • life balance
    Defined individually for you embodied yoga principles practice would help to develop the desired qualities and to move in a more balanced state in all spheres of your life.

What is the object?

Life performance score - mindfulness indicator of awareness, actions choice and getting desired outcomes in different life spheres in the most productive, careful and effective way in a harmony with inner states.

Life performance score is measured in 26 embodied yoga poses, - life qualities, divided into 5 states categories.

Self-care
Towards oneself, inner, downwards, relaxation, imbuing (inner pose, rest pose, letting go pose, self-care pose, inspiration pose)
Self-value
Reliance, importance/significance of something or someone, meanings, values, calmness. Weight on the back leg or balanced on both. Relaxed, calm face (support pose, evaluation pose, receiving pose, stand pose, care pose)
Self-manifestation
Manifestation outwards/outside, to give, downwards, forward, open sight (taking up space pose, giving pose, passion pose, sensuality pose, authority pose)
Self-movement
Forward, active, light. Focused, linear intention (pushing pose, entering pose, warrior pose, transcendence pose, Joker pose)
Existential themes
Complex life themes exploration (death pose, surrender pose, vulnerability pose, openness pose, No pose, Yes pose)

RESEARCH

What does it consist of?


  • FFMQ survey - Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire before the practice beginning and after the end of it.
  • Survey consisting of 26 life performance dimensions (states connected with embodied yoga poses) before the practice beginning. The date will be a diagnostics for defining the embodied yoga poses for personal practice with curators-specialists.
  • Survey with the chosen poses and states category after the practice.
  • Group meetings and practice with curators-specialists.
  • Independent individual practice with the support of curator-specialist for 1 month.
  • Community specialists support during the whole research period (in person and online).
