Our community with gentle care invites all who likes embodied and voice practices, creativity, and communication in a warm cirle.

What to expect:
  • COMMUNICATION in trust circle

    We meet once or twice a month in a live practice circle. In between the meetings we support you with tiny practices in our telegram chat.


    In the beginning of circle there is a body warm-up, entering and meditation. After the circle time for sharing.

  • VALUABLE for you life themes

    Every meeting is dedicated to the separate theme from life, it is about what matters for you.


    In telegram chat you can ask questions and share important issues for your embodied exploration.

  • SAFE space

    We respect personal boundaries, your wishes and choice.


    Together we choose a comfortable for you intensity of physical and emotional efforts.
