- Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. - Obtain, organize, or develop training manuals, guides, course materials and activities in Program Builder, work on visual delivery. - Evaluate virtual mode of training delivery, to optimize training effectiveness. - Offer specific training programs to help company to adapt, transfer and organize digital learning on Lanes platform. - Assist in building programs on Lanes platform. - Train T&D experts and trainers to use Lanes platform for training programs. - Supervise training programs. - Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
I am passionate about learning and development. Engaging people in learning culture with reskilling and upskilling, Working on training programs building, integration of different instruments and toolkits, supervising training programs, delivering trainings in virtual and onsite formats.

Coaching in body-mind approach. Author and facilitator of embodied dance and conscious movement classes, integrating the Embodied Toolkit method.
