What is BezDNA Dance?
Free dance and embodiment practices mix - is about the choice and contact with yourself.

Dance improvisation opens the 'abyss' of options and allow to learn the 'presence' in the body, in oneself, look in yourself, listen and feel.

In a dance to direct your attention inside the body, making it the place for relax and recharge, to start live free and light.

It all is about the opportunity to be yourself.

My name is Dina, I am Embodiment-Practitioner and Dance Coach. Welcome to dream in dance, explore your body-fullness and embody yourself in life!

PhD, social philosopher and psychologist, Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Business School Professor in Georgian American University, certified Embodiment Practitioner.

My background is scientific and practical internships and scholarships in Warsaw university, Wroclaw University and Jagiellon University in Poland, participation in dance and performance festivals and workshops, contemporary dance school "TSEKH", work in the sphere of museum performance.

Practical philosophic experience and world view, participation in contemporary dance festivals and certified courses in embodiment practice and facilitation are the foundation of dance improvisation embodied programs I offer in BezDNA Dance.
