Appreciations to my friends and colleagues for sharing the exercises which help to develop and work on the inner states. When I was doing the exercise from Dina "What water is like?", I woke up in the morning, took a glass of water... and at this moment I have realized that it is the first my day starts with, and it is the basic need. I asked myself a question: what do i need as water? The answer came to me, but I did not stop. I took my earphones, switched my favorite music, and the music started to surround me, and I became a water in my dancing. Than you, Dina, as in the exercise I realized that this lal is about me and my view of the new relationships.
