What is BezDNA Dance?
Free dance and embodiment practices mix - is about the choice and contact with yourself.

Dance improvisation is a practice, assisting in learning "the presence" in the body, being in yourself, feeling yourself. It is a practice, allowing the needed balance development for communication, sensing and understanding the other person, - at home, at work, in the nearby store, in life.

It is all about freedom and the opportunity to be yourself.

My name is Dina, I am Embodiment-Practitioner and Dance Coach. Welcome to dream in dance, explore your body-fullness and embody yourself in life!

PhD, social philosopher and psychologist, Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Business School Professor in Georgian American University, certified Embodiment Practitioner.

My background is scientific and practical internships and scholarships in Warsaw university, Wroclaw University and Jagiellon University in Poland, participation in dance and performance festivals and workshops, contemporary dance school "TSEKH", work in the sphere of museum performance.

Practical philosophic experience and world view, participation in contemporary dance festivals and certified courses in embodiment practice and facilitation are the foundation of dance improvisation embodied programs I offer in BezDNA Dance.
